The heart of a great relationship lies in the creation of harmonious balances. It is also the heart of great cooking, which perhaps is why we so often choose to celebrate love through food. With this in mind, our chefs at Malis have created a delicious Valentine’s Day Menu that is defined by the harmonious balances you will find in each dish. It is a journey of place, of food and, of course, of love.

This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to take that journey with your loved one starting with silky Fresh Salmon and crisp Lotus Root Tartare with a tangy Kampot Pepper Sauce, followed by a revitalising Kep Flower Crab Proheur Soup and a main course of Tender Grilled Beef with Okra and a spicy Pepper Sauce. For dessert, we offer the sweet and sour pleasures of a Tamarind Seed Mousse with Strawberry Sauce and Palm Sugar.

When we act with love, our experience of the world becomes sweeter, richer and more delicious. The same is true when we cook. And that is how we cook at Malis. Inspired by your love.
