This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to take that journey with your loved one starting with silky Fresh Salmon and crisp Lotus Root Tartare with a tangy Kampot Pepper Sauce, followed by a revitalising Kep Flower Crab Proheur Soup and a main course of Tender Grilled Beef with Okra and a spicy Pepper Sauce. For dessert, we offer the sweet and sour pleasures of a Tamarind Seed Mousse with Strawberry Sauce and Palm Sugar.
